.com.sg	Registrants must be a registered business organization in Singapore. Individuals are not permitted to register under this extension by the Registry.
.net.sg	Registrants must possess a valid licence issued by Info-Communications Development Authority (IDA) in Singapore.
.org.sg	Registrants must be registered or are about to be registered with the Registry of Societies, and other non-profit organizations in Singapore.
.edu.sg	For educational institutions registered with Ministry of Education in Singapore.

Individuals can register .per.sg and .sg domain types only. However they need to satisfy the the following requirements:

.per.sg	Registrant must be Singaporean citizen or permanent resident.
.sg	Registrant must have a valid Singapore postal address.
